We perform 100% optical and visual inspection of micro-filtration components for the automotive industry. Every part undergoes inspection under a microscope or magnifying glass — the choice depends on part size and tolerances. We operate in two shifts in a clean environment with trained personnel. Our customers are Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers. Every received shipment must meet the requirement of zero defects — we guarantee a 100% check of every single part. Inspection results are documented and customers receive measurable data for every order. Our IATF 16949 certification confirms that our processes meet the stringent standards of the automotive industry.

Weppler & Trefil has been part of the Weppler Group industrial group based in Ostrava since 1994. Weppler & Trefil is part of the international company Weppler Filter GmbH, based in Oberursel, Germany. Our company deals with 100% optical or visual inspection according to the high quality requirements of our customers, mainly from the automotive sector. In particular, micro-filter components for automobiles are subject to inspection. The inspection is carried out under microscopes or magnifying glasses in a clean and quiet environment.
