100% optical inspection of micro-filtration components
Every part undergoes 100% optical inspection under a microscope or magnifying glass — the choice depends on part dimensions and geometric complexity. Inspection takes place in a clean environment in two shifts. The output is a shipment with zero defects: we guarantee a complete check of every delivered part for automotive customers.
Control measurement of precision parts
We perform dimensional inspection of precision parts using a contour gauge, measuring microscope with camera and CNC coordinate measuring machine. Every measurement is documented in a protocol. Results are traceable and can be used directly in customer reports or claims procedures.
CNC measurement
On the Crysta-Apex C CNC coordinate measuring machine from Mitutoyo we measure the complete geometry of parts according to customer drawings. Results are delivered as a measurement report suitable for documentation of automotive deliveries. Our certifications and instrument calibration records are available in the Documents section.
